    ATTENDEE EXPERIENCE

    1) Venue Accessibility Features

    We are committed to ensuring our event is accessible by all. At the event venue, facilities provided include:

    • English to Cantonese simultaneous interpretation

    • Sign language interpreters

    • Nursing room

    • Quiet room

    • Male, female, and inclusive toilets

    • Ramp and unblocked pathways to access stage, lifts and other facilities

    You may consider the above in planning for your time spent at the Summit. Our staff will be on hand to show you where these facilities are. Floor plans and guides will also be displayed onsite.

    2) Interactive Workshops

    We are excited to present four interactive workshops that provide valuable insights and foster engagement among participants. These workshops are designed to promote inclusive practices and empower attendees with practical skills in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). You may choose which workshop to join on the event day and seats are offered on a first-come-first-served basis).

    • Workshop 1: Building Inclusive Leadership (8/F)
    • Workshop 2: Designing Engaging Learning Experiences for DEI Awareness and Impact (8/F)
    • Workshop 3: Building the Business Case for LGBTQ+ Inclusion at the Workplace (8/F)
    • Workshop 4: Empowering Youth DEI Advocates – Insights and Inspiration (7/F)

    3) Inclusive Talent Marketplace 

    The Inclusive Talent Marketplace, sponsored by The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC) at the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Summit 2025, connects HR professionals with a diverse talent pool, particularly individuals with disabilities and underrepresented groups. This initiative reflects HKJC's commitment to fostering inclusivity in employment.Benefits to Summit attendees:

    • Discover a wide range of candidates, enhancing their recruitment strategies
    • Connect with industry leaders and NGOs, promoting collaborations for inclusive hiring practices.
    • Gather insights on diversity management and employee engagement
