Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Summit 2025
ABOUT THE EVENT
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Summit 2025 will convene industry leaders, innovators, and advocates to chart a course toward a more inclusive, resilient, and equitable future. In a time of unprecedented societal and technological change, we must address emerging challenges with a commitment to holistic inclusion and diversity.
This year’ Summit, themed "Shaping Inclusive Growth in Asia" will explore key issues in equity, inclusive education, climate resilience, and diversity leadership. Through this theme, we aim to advance new ideas and strategic actions that bridge divides and embrace the richness of our diverse societies. SCMP will curate a distinguished roster of thought leaders addressing topics of critical importance, such as gender equality, climate action, and corporate responsibility.
The DEI Summit 2025 represents an invaluable opportunity to engage with a global network of experts, learn from pioneering initiatives, and contribute to the development of a blueprint for a more inclusive future.

CHARITY PARTNER
Operation Santa Claus (OSC) is an annual charity campaign. Its mission is to "encourage the spirit of giving love and care". Through the combined charitable fundraising power of two of Hong Kong’s most respected news organisations, OSC provides a platform for uniting everyone in Hong Kong for a good cause during Christmas, and connects corporations, schools, and members of the public with charities serving meaningful causes.
This year, we are thrilled to announce that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Operation Santa Claus (OSC). Through this initiative, we aim to not only uplift those in need but also exemplify our values of DEI, making a meaningful difference in the lives of others and fostering a more inclusive and compassionate society.
